• Sizes are provided in the product description — it is the customer’s responsibility to measure and choose correctly.
2. Usage & Safety

• Always apply to clean, dry, natural nails.
• Do not use if you have open cuts, nail infections, or skin allergies to adhesives.
• Keep glue away from eyes, mouth, and children. If accidental contact occurs, seek medical help immediately.
3. Returns & Exchanges
• Due to hygiene and customization, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the product is opened or used.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos, and we will review your case.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on our website (usually 1-2 business days) for local orders.
• Riri’s is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Liability Disclaimer
• Riri’s is not responsible for any allergic reactions, nail damage, or misuse of the products.
